DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square appoints Ekta Mahajan as the new Training Manager
Ekta Mahajan has been appointed as the new Training Manager at the iconic 201-room inventory hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square.
Mahajan is known to be a dynamic hospitality professional. She began her professional journey in 2014 as a Management Trainee with IHCL and moved into the role of Learning & Development and later worked for various hospitality brands like Taj, Radisson and Lemon Tree in different capacities.
In her new role, she will be responsible for planning and executing efficient training procedures, identifying and monitoring training needs, cultivating talent, inspiring teams, and enhancing operational efficiency.
On the educational front, she completed graduation in Hotel Management from Banarasidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in 2014. Currently, she is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development.
