He boasts of a rich and diverse culinary background, including both classic cooking and modern techniques and has the expertise to deliver a luxury experience in all food and beverage departments of the hotel.
Outside his realm of work, he enjoys cooking, travelling, trekking, wildlife photography, music, and reading.
