Deewan Singh Dhami, as the new Director of Operations, will oversee multiple operational departments, enhance guest experiences, and streamline efficiency across the property
Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa appointed Deewan Singh Dhami as the new Director of Operations. Deewan began his illustrious career 17 years ago at the Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills and dedication to guest satisfaction. Starting as a Guest Service Associate, he climbed the ladder to become Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, demonstrating his prowess in various aspects of hotel operations. He has handled the opening and flourishing of China Kitchen restaurant, Oval Mansion Banquet Hall, House A, and Syrah, a Mediterranean restaurant at the Hyatt.
Most recently, Deewan served as the Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin, Gurugram, further honing his skills within the Marriott International family. His diverse experience spans food and beverage management, event coordination, and overall operational excellence.
In his new role at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Dhami will oversee multiple operational departments, leveraging his extensive background to enhance guest experiences and streamline efficiency across the property.
