Insiders. Her intimate knowledge of the city and influential connections are what make her perfect for this iconic role.

The key factor that differentiates a W Insider from a regular hotel concierge is the former’s elite connections. A W Insider not only has the power to get you a reservation at a restaurant that is booked weeks in advance, but also the connections to organize a private tasting for you.

At just 25 years, Jha has immense experience in the hospitality world, primarily having worked at top Marriott properties across Goa, Kolkata and even London, before returning to Goa in her current role as the W Goa Insider.

Her ability to fluently speak in 6 languages – English, Hindi, Bengali, Maithili, Bhojpuri and Konkani –
makes it possible for her to effortlessly interact and connect with people of diverse backgrounds. A great quality in a W Insider.

In her downtime, Jha enjoys all kinds of creative outlets.  She also loves doodling, reading poetry, experimenting new recipes and making personalized cards for W Goa guests.
