Benjamin Lalhmangaiha is the new Chef De Cuisine of Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel's pan-Asian restaurant- Zega

Chef Benjamin Lalhmangaiha is the newly appointed Chef De Cuisine at Zega, the award-winning specialty Pan-Asian restaurant at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel.

In his new role, he is responsible for creating unique menus and overseeing culinary operations at Zega.

A dynamic epicurean, Chef Benjamin is on a quest to explore quirky and unusual ingredients to offer guests an extraordinary Pan-Asian dining experience. His forte lies in crafting innovative creations and infusing unique flavors in conventional dishes.

Prior to his positioning, he was the Senior Sous Chef at The Novotel Hotel Kolkata. He has worked his way from being a Commis to achieving the position of Chef De Cuisine at Sheraton Hyderabad. He has also been associated with Vivanta by Taj Begumpet Hyderabad. His zeal to provide gourmet experiences through personalized attention appeals to his audience and his outstanding guest reviews are a testimony to the great foundation he has set.

Chef Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, UK through the International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. In his leisure time off, he loves to play the guitar and spending quality time with family.
