Clarks Safari Pushkar appoints Raees Ahmad as General Manager Sales

He will be responsible for managing the property, taking care of general administrations, increasing revenues, implementing new policies, training of sales manpower, representing the brand on different platforms, etc

Mr. Ahmad an accomplished professional, with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality management joins Clarks Safari. During his work tenure, he has served the hospitality sector from core operations to business development. 

As General Manager of Sales for Clarks Safari Pushkar, he will be responsible for managing the property, taking care of general administrations, increasing revenues, implementing new policies, training of sales manpower, representing the brand on different platforms, etc.

He started his career with Jal Mahal, Jaipur as a reservation supervisor. From there he worked with many reputed brands like Regenta Resort, Gateway resort, etc. His last assignment was in the capacity of General Manager, at Aura a boutique property in Ajmer. He was responsible for increasing the revenue, managing the property, and hiring and training manpower. During his work tenure, the hotel registered remarkable growth in sales. 

An MBA graduate from, Sikkim Manipal University with a specialization in hospitality, would be responsible for implementing sustainable tourism practices on the property. He will also push local employment and will strengthen the relationship with corporate and government departments. 

He shares, “I am excited to join Clarks Safari, especially when the brand is planning to launch more properties. Clarks is a legacy and is known for its customer-centric approach. As General Manager I will ensure that the property provides memorable and delightful experiences to the guests. With the growth in experiential travel, travelers are focusing on a holistic experience. I plan to develop more experiential itineraries, which showcase the unique aspect of Rajasthan. We are consciously hiring staff and training them that align well with our brand values.”
