He excels in cuisines like Mughlai, Awadhi, Wazwan and Nizami and focuses on tandoor and curry dishes, one of the specialties of the new chef. His best dishes include Suja Makhani, Dum Pukht and other tandoor offerings like kebabs and its variations. Melding the Awadhi culinary traditions with artful plating and sensorial elements, Ummrao is not just a place to eat, it’s an experience.
