Pankaj Mishra has been appointed as Director of Finance at Novotel Pune. Pankaj brings over 18 years of deep understanding and commands over financial planning and analysis, financial control, taxation, and budgeting. Spearheading the hotel’s business strategy, he will continue to evolve innovative finance structures and mentor the team towards success.

With over 18 years of Finance and IT experience in the hotel industry, his background will benefit the property as they seek to progress its operational and financial performances. He will be an ideal leader to elevate profit growth for a strong and sustainable future.

Pankaj holds a degree in MBA (Finance) from JNU India, M.Com from L.N.M.U of Bihar also he is pursuing MBA – Dual specialization (Leadership and strategic Management + Applied Finance) from NMIMS and Harvard Business School. Formerly the Financial Controller at Grand Mercure Gandhinagar Gift City, Pankaj oversaw the operations control and risk assessments of the company.

Some of his noteworthy accomplishments include being nominated for best Accor Financial controller in India three years in a row (2017,2018 & 2019)
