What do you think it takes to succeed in the Kitchen?
As per me & my formula ,
Passion + Hard work+ Continuous learning+ Planning = Perfection
But I am still waiting for Perfection.
At the Last,” Awake Arise & Keep Going until till the Goal Is Reached.”
How did you reach foreign shores?
It all about the personal relationships.
What can people aspiring to work abroad do to improve their chances?
Yes, I will say its different exposure. Meeting chefs from different countries, continents sharing their ideas & view and coming up with the best one.
Tough competition, a new challenge is there for you at each step.
After all, you come up with new ideas & confidence.
Tell us what you miss about India.
What I feel is that India is really incredible, a variation from top to bottom as the change in taste of water at every kilometer & language at every five kilometers.
I really miss my family & days spend in India with my friend & in College.
