We have chat pods on the website which are active 24/7 and any request about the hotel / queries can be addressed using the chat pods. All the queries / requests are answered on real time basis.
To manage room temperature, lightning we have our Pumba panel which on a click button can give us the required light mood and also control the room temperature once its switched on.
AI for employee experience:
We have Employee Vibes which comprises of features wherein we can build training modules. It also controls the entire payroll system and salary calculation of employees; attendance is all derived in a one click. We also key-in SOPs in employee vibes which can help us evaluate the performance accordingly. Employees can make their own KPI, KFAs and performance is evaluated on the basis of the KPIs set.
AI for process management:
Vesta is a tool where every guest complain is incorporated and Is sent to respective department with proper escalation module. This tool is monitored regularly by the senior officials to ensure each and every complaint is addressed to.
ERP is what we use for our material management which is then further used to fetch a lot of analytical reports. It facilitates creation of purchase orders, creation of GRN, give the material request by all departments, analyse and approve the requirements to the senior officials. It’s a very important tool to even analyse and control the consumption cost. The analytical feature helps all the departmental heads to control their respective requirements and maintain a proper ordering system.
We use Smart Sense Report Management System which gives us accurate amount of energy used by all the machineries activated inside the hotel. This includes all tools, motors, machinery inside the hotel. It gives us proper energy consumption analysis of each section, each machine which is further used to reduce consumption and wastage.
