Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City

In addition to following the brand standards scripts and creating memorable moments for all our guests, we strive to offer a welcoming, positive and feel good check-in experience, recognizing our Radisson Rewards members and don’t miss the Upsell/Revenue opportunities that can elevate the guest’s stay.

Time is always a key factor as the sooner the guest can get to the room the better for him/her to relax and experience our hospitality and hotel facilities.

With the evolution of the tech industry, there’s always change which the earlier you can adapt to the quicker you can master, which the pandemic to some extent has shown us as well. Radisson Hotel Group has recently launched an Online Check-in & Check-Out option at our hotel, however, as it is with human nature when lost or confused, you look around for personal assistance from another human being and nothing compares to walking into the hotel and receiving the warm & courteous welcome from the staff at the reception available to help you, guide you and assist you with all your queries.

Although physical distancing measures have been implemented and are being followed (in addition to the 20-step Radisson Hotel group cleaning and safety protocol) throughout the hotel I believe now more than ever people are longing for a human connection.

Connected, positive and contemporary are the core pillars at our motor themed Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Motor City.

We always offer a warm and personal welcome, we treat every guest like a VIP and provide as much detail as possible once they Check-In of the hotel facilities, services and surrounding area activities, I always make sure every guest remembers my name as it makes it easier for the guest to find me approachable and to feel comfortable and at home and for them to have a feel-good stay.

Every local guest that comes to the hotel I like to greet them with a hearty “Assalam- Alaikum” or make sure to reply with a “Valaikum Salam” if somehow the guest manages to beat me to the greeting (which would be very rare). We also always recommend restaurants in the area serving local cuisine to our guests.
