Located on the North Male' Atoll of the Maldives, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands will be part of a luxury integrated development with world-class recreation facilities. The resort is composed of 100 spacious villas, from one to three-bedroom accommodations. The culinary experiences include 7 Restaurants & 2 Bars distributed between the resort and Fari Marina, the communal beating heart of the archipelago. Uniquely designed facilities include an experiential Kids Club, Recreation Club, and Spa. JOB SUMMARY

Manages the daily kitchen utility operations and staff. Areas of responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running. Supervises kitchen employees not actively engaged in cooking (e.g., dishwashers, kitchen helpers, etc.). Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
