Candidate must have 2-5 years of experience either in QSR/Retail Industry.

The candidate must be very good in talent acquisition for store-level hiring.

Preferred only Male candidate

Role & Responsibility-

• Hiring candidates for store level positions

• Attrition management, retention strategies

• HR connects with employees and leaders.

• Employee Relation & Engagement.

• Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring the efficiency of hiring (TAT, Sources, Cost & Quality of Hire, Diversity)
