The 18 month, prestigious Management Trainee program will ensure the selected candidates go through management learning and development, along with real-world projects and operational know-how. At the end of successful completion, they will be awarded Assistant Manager positions and the start to a long and fulfilling career with an established and growing organization. Management Trainees receive a gross package of INR 2.40 lacs per annum.
