A sophisticated vibe, stylish décor, breathtaking sea views, and a sensory dining experience await guests at Dashanzi. A bespoke menu inspired by Chef Rohit’s travels to South East Asia, Hong Kong, and Singapore and his many years of experience curating Asian delicacies awaits diners. The delectable dishes are handcrafted with homemade sauces, aromatic spices using the freshest ingredients, and unique, internationally sourced spices offering a masterful blend of contemporary and classic dishes of the Sichuan province.
Crispy Taro Silken Tofu Sichuan Peppers Celery, Philadelphia Cream Cheese Asparagus Togarashi, Crispy Taro, Crystal Prawn, Caviar, Yuzu Lime Entremet, Crispy Fried Quail Epice Pickled Vegetables, Poached Chicken Dumpling Chicken and Quail Egg Suimai, Smoked Sichuan Spiced Lamb Chops, Steamed Chilean Sea Bass Sizzled Ginger Soy, Shredded New Zealand Lamb shoulder “Moo Shoo” Pancakes Scallion are some of the delicacies on Chef Rohit’s new menu.
