Editor: Tell us about your journey. How did it all start?

It all started in 1998 when I Joined IHM Bhopal after Clearing NCHM All India Exam, All my schoolmates were joining Engineering or Medical as a profession, and I was the only student from the 1998 batch of class 12 who choose Hospitality as a career as it was exciting me to do something very different. As I come from a very small town called Jhansi(UP) I didn't have any idea about this industry. My First hotel where I worked was at The Trident Agra I had a very good experience during my 22 weeks of Industrial training, After completing Hotel Management I Did a master's in Hospitality administration from IHM Pusa, and I worked with Best western hotels, Metropolitan Nikko hotels, Usha Lexus Group of Hotels, I worked for different hospitality companies, Then joined Weddingz.in, Currently working as General Manager Operation for the Hotel Group.
