Drawing inspiration from her rich culinary heritage, Chef Poonam has been instrumental in redefining the traditional recipes from Gujarat, particularly from the vibrant regions of Kutch and Kathiawar.
Mr. Varun Sharma, GM Operations at Clarks Exotica has spear-headed this collaboration by connecting with Chef Dedhia through his professional circle.
