Appointment | Fairmont Jaipur gets Jaiveer Singh Rathore as New Associate Director of Talent & Culture

Jaiveer Singh Rathore's latest stint was at the ibis New Delhi Aerocity, where he held the position of Talent & Culture Manager.

Fairmont Jaipur announced the appointment of Jaiveer Singh Rathore as Associate Director of Talent & Culture, whereby he will lead the Human Resources, Learning and Development, and other functions of the palace property.

With an overall career of over 15 years, Rathore has worked with Accor India for the last 8 years, including his latest stint at the ibis New Delhi Aerocity, a large property with 445 keys, where he held the position of Talent & Culture Manager. In addition, he has also been part of the pre-opening Talent & Culture team at Novotel Guwahati, as well as Novotel Kolkata along with ibis Jaipur.

Along with establishing HR best practices, he has also been instrumental in mentoring many leaders in the HR department as well. In the previous years of work experience, he has gained experience through his roles with other hospitality and non-hospitality organizations which helped him develop a holistic understanding of human resources.

Armed with a strong educational background with a double Masters, firstly Masters in Economical & Financial Management, along with Masters in Business Administration (HRM, HRD, Industrial Relation, and Decision Making), along with Post Graduate diplomas in Labour Law and Business Management, Rathore has the ideal background to lead the Talent & Culture Department of this large hotel.
