We are hiring Sous Chef - Continental Cuisine for Fortune Landmark Ahmedabad. Candidates should have a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in the luxury hospitality segment and also comply with the below mentioned criteria.
- Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
- Take care of the operation in the absence of Executive Chef.
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish a working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Should have sound knowledge of ISO, FSSAI, HACCP and their audit compliance.
- Good in upkeep the records.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices.
