With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Vijay is a seasoned leader in operational excellence, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction. His career includes key leadership roles in esteemed hotel chains such as The Soaltee Kathmandu, InterContinental Hotels Group, Starwood, and ITC properties across South Asia and the Middle East. Under his leadership, properties have achieved significant industry accolades, including Best Wedding & MICE Hotel of Nepal – Luxury Segment by Hospitality India Travel Awards and Best 5-Star Hotel in Nepal by International Travel Awards.

Vijay holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Annamalai University in Tamil Nadu and a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. As a polyglot, he effortlessly connects with diverse guests, enhancing their experience.
