Delhi – NCR, September: Crowne Plaza Greater Noida (an IHG property), has recently appointed Neha Rustagi as the Marketing & Communication Manager. With over 7 years of experience in the field of PR and marketing, Neha will be responsible for positioning the brand and upscaling the brand visibility by developing comprehensive and enduring strategic communication strategies that align seamlessly with the overarching objectives of IHG.

Prior to this role, Neha was the PR & Marketing Manager for True Palate Hospitality which co-owned three celebrity restaurants – one8 Commune by Virat Kohli, Neuma by Karan Johar and Pincode by chef Kunal Kapur. She began her professional career in 2016 with Crosshairs Communications and gained her keen interest in F&B and Hospitality industry from there. From there, she moved to Canada for her further studies while continuing working for F&B brands as a strategic consultant.

Throughout her career, she has provided her services to esteemed brands including Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Hyatt Regency Dehradun, Pullman & Novotel Aerocity, Hyatt Centric Chandigarh, HUL, and GSK Consumer Healthcare, among various other brands across the luxury, fashion, and corporate sectors, contributing significantly in the domains of PR, Social Media, and Marketing.

Neha demonstrates a robust sense of accountability and leadership in her tenure within the PR and Marketing role. During this time, she has acquired a diverse skill set in marketing, encompassing areas such as content marketing, media relations, crisis communication, event coordination, website administration, social media management, digital marketing, and the successful introduction of new products, among other competencies.

Ishita will be responsible for optimizing the hotel revenue performances and business development verticals and will also be strategizing very closely with the food and beverage team to enhance their visibility and drive the reputation of the hotel. With over 12 years of experience in the industry with Hyatt & Accor across various roles, Ishita brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the hotel. She has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth for her previous companies.

Sunena brings with her over 17 years of experience in hotel operations, guest relations and Front office. She started her career as a Guest Service Officer with Hyatt Regency Delhi and has worked with brands like Dusit Devrana, The Leela Palace New Delhi and many more. Her last stint was with The Roseate House New Delhi (Aero-city) as Executive Assistant Manager –Accommodation. In her new role, Sunena will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of the hotel, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She will work closely with the senior leadership team to implement strategies and initiatives for delivering true hospitality to the guests.

Vijay is a result-oriented professional with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. With a proven track record of exceptional teamwork, he began his career at The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in 2003 and has worked with renowned hotel brands like Taj Hotels, IHG Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotel & Resorts, and Radisson Hotel Group. His last stint was with The St. Regis Goa Resort as Director of Services. Throughout his journey, Vijay has demonstrated diligent attention to guest experience and feedback. Here at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida Vijay will lead our dedicated housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics throughout the hotel. Kkeyur Sangani, a seasoned professional with extensive experience and a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry has been appointed as the Crowne Meeting Director at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida. He is a result-oriented and passionate professional with a wealth of experience in enhancing sales, marketing, and revenue streams. He has a deep understanding of the market and has worked with renowned brands, his professional portfolio includes JW Marriot, Jin Jiang International Hotel, InterContinental Hotels Group, PVR Cinemas, etc. His last assignment was as a General Manager of Operations at PVR Limited, Mumbai.
