Trivendra Rawat is now the Executive Chef

Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad has appointed Trivendra Rawat as Executive Chef to enhance the culinary experience at the Ahmedabad hotel. He moves from The Oberoi Trident Hyderabad, where he worked in the capacity of Executive Sous Chef.

Chef Trivendra started his hospitality journey with the Oberoi Udaivillas. His passion for good food and creating experiential events was evident throughout his career in brands like Oberoi, Taj, Fairmont, Lebua, Park Hyatt Resorts, Five Palm- Jumeriah and Marriott.

Rawat has worked in places like Hyderabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore, Goa, Dubai, Thailand and Ahmedabad and Chandigarh, in addition to international markets like Dubai and Thailand. Known for his drive and a keen eye-for-details, he will focus on strengthening the food strategies of the hotel, while overseeing the launch of various contemporary F&B concepts.

In his spare time, Chef Trivendra enjoys discovering new places and interacting with different cultures.

He brings with him over 12 years of experience with international hotel chains like Marriott International, Starwood & IHG.

Tushar Pawar has joined Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad as the Director of Sales w.e.f. August 2, 2021. In his new role, Tushar Pawar will lead Sales, charged with optimizing revenue opportunities and continue to increase market share while creating adequate revenue opportunities.

He brings with him over 12 years of experience with international hotel chains like Marriott International, Starwood & IHG.

He started his career in Sales and assumed various roles eventually leading the Sales team at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan in 2019.

In a very short time, he was given the responsibility of leading the Sales team and took on the challenge of delivering results. He has been instrumental in taking the sales team over the threshold to achieve new heights of success.

His background in business gives him an overall understanding of customer satisfaction and motivating his colleagues, which has led to his continued success.

During his spare time, Tushar likes to engage in various sports activities especially cricket and also loves spending time with family and friends.
