Rajwardhan brings with him a remarkable experience of over 15 years in F&B and Hospitality. Having worked with brands such as IHG Hotels, Centrum Hotels, Imperial Hotels and Oberoi group, he has an unmatched experience and expertise in food and beverage.

Hyatt Regency Pune Hotel & Residences has announced the appointment of Shilpa Joshi as Director of Sales & Marketing.

Known for her innovative methods and business expertise, Joshi will be leading the Sales and Marketing team at the Hotel and will be instrumental in accelerating the Hotel’s revenue growth prospects.

Joshi brings over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She moves to Hyatt Regency Pune from Taj Santacruz, in the same capacity.

Joshi started her hospitality journey with the Taj Group of Hotels, Hyderabad as Sales Executive soon after she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune in 2002.

Her impeccable strategic acumen, ability to develop meaningful connections with clients, and people management skills are visible throughout her career with multiple accolades and achievements to her name.

In her spare time, Joshi enjoys spending time with her family, cook comfort meals, and is looking forward to being able to travel soon.

In her new role at Hyatt Regency Pune Hotel & Residences, as Director of Events, Ghosh will be overseeing key sectors including business development, brand building, contract management, key account management, crisis management and client servicing.

Ghosh brings with her a rich experience of over 11 years in Hospitality and Healthcare sales and has completed her Bachelor’s in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University, U.K. at International Institute of Hotel Management, along with a Diploma in International Hospitality Administration from International Institute Of Hotel Management, Kolkata.

She has worked with renowned hospitality brands like The Oberoi Group, ITC Group, Fairmont Hotels as well as renowned Hospital, Columbia Asia.

Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Pune Hotel & Residences, Ghosh contributed immensely to the growth of events Hyatt Regency Kolkata. She brings diverse experience and a wealth of market insights & knowledge, along with her prowess at ideating concepts which build meaningful connect with guests.

Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences has announced the appointment of Thomas Abraham as General Manager, in addition to his role of AVP for Hyatt Hotels, Central India.

Thomas brings 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has spent over 13 of those years with Hyatt. He moves to Hyatt Regency Pune from the iconic Park Hyatt Hyderabad, in the same capacity, to guide the hotel to similar stature.

Thomas started his hospitality journey with the Oberoi Hotels, Mumbai as Assistant Banquet Manager soon after he completed his Diploma in Hotel Management in 1992 from the prestigious Les Roches, Switzerland. His impeccable planning, execution skills and achievements are visible throughout his career spanning brands like Marriott International, Taj Group of Hotels, The Leela, AccorHotels and Hyatt Hotels.

Known for his expertise, dedication and commitment, Thomas has played an integral part in bringing stability to the operations, enhancing service and product efficiency and establishing the objectives and policies for some of the flagship Hotels around the country.

Known for his innovative methods and business acumen, Thomas will focus on strengthening the operational strategies of the Hotel, while overseeing all 9 Hyatt properties in Central India. Extremely passionate about Food & Beverages, Thomas will also guide the Hotel towards contemporary Food & Beverage concepts.
