According to Booking.com research, 55%* Indian travelers want to travel to a destination because of what they saw in a movie or TV show. A stay at the Taj Lake Palace, also known as the floating palace, is a one in a lifetime travel experience for guests. Situated in the middle of Lake Pichola, this luxury hotel was one of the filming locations for the secret agent movie in the eighties. In order to participate in this survey, respondents had to be 18 years of age or older, had to have traveled at least once in the past 12 months and be either the primary decision maker or involved in the decision making of their travel. The survey was taken online and took place in November 2020.
