The Royal Raj Gharana experience for you, by Maharaj Chef Raghvendra Singh himself for a unique dining experience quoting “Rajasthani cuisine is influenced by its rich heritage and arid climatic conditions. The little availability of fresh fruits and vegetables distinguishes their cuisine with common ingredients like beans, lentils, gram flour, corn, barley, millet, bajra, bread, and dairy products (esp. The Rajgharana Festival has an elaborate spread of flavor in dishes put together by the Chef with appetizers in vegetarian & nonvegetarian selects like Lassoni Chakundar ke Kofte, Jodhpuri Mirchi Bada, Murgh ke parchey, Lal mirch ka Jeengha.
