Hailing from the town of Sicily, Fiammetta grew up in Rapallo on the Ligurian Riviera. She moved to India in the year 1990 where she fell in love with the country and started working in the textile field along with her husband. Her passion for cooking began at a very early age. The cyclic menu will offer more that 70 mouth-watering Bengali delicacies on a rotational basis with signature dishes such as Chicken Kabiraji, Gandharaj Betki Fry, Mochar Chop, Chingri Malai Curry, Mutton Dak Bunglow, Chanar Dalna, Bhapa Illish. Sukhtoni, Kathi Rolls, Puchkas, Vegetable Chop, Doi Begun, Phulkopir Sunihari, Gondhoraj Ghol, Posto Murgi, Bhaja Mosladiye Aloor Dum, Ghee Bhat, Basanti Pulao, Mishti Doi and many more to satiate the cravings of both vegetarian and non vegetarian guests.

Chef Alex is ready to welcome cabin-fevered patrons clamouring for the return of the communal experience back to SEEN. Part of SEEN’s leadership team from day one, Alex understood early on what secret sauce was needed to make a hyper-social venue like SEEN work in Bangkok: a combination of winning food and personality. Mumbai, August, 2021:-Dashanzi, the award-winning progressive, modern Asian cuisine restaurant at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, the luxurious urban resort is delighted to unveil a new menu that is the creation of Chef Rohit Chadha who has recently been appointed as Chef de Cuisine.

A sophisticated vibe, stylish décor, breathtaking sea views, and a sensory dining experience await guests at Dashanzi.  A bespoke menu inspired by Chef Rohit’s travels to South East Asia, Hong Kong, and Singapore and his many years of experience curating Asian delicacies awaits diners. The delectable dishes are handcrafted with homemade sauces, aromatic spices using the freshest ingredients, and unique, internationally sourced spices offering a masterful blend of contemporary and classic dishes of the Sichuan province. 

Crispy Taro Silken Tofu Sichuan Peppers Celery, Philadelphia Cream Cheese Asparagus Togarashi, Crispy Taro, Crystal Prawn, Caviar, Yuzu Lime Entremet, Crispy Fried Quail Epice Pickled Vegetables, Poached Chicken Dumpling Chicken and Quail Egg Suimai, Smoked Sichuan Spiced Lamb Chops, Steamed Chilean Sea Bass Sizzled Ginger Soy, Shredded New Zealand Lamb shoulder “Moo Shoo” Pancakes Scallion are some of the delicacies on Chef Rohit’s new menu.

Overlooking the Juhu beach, the restaurant’s Al Fresco setting is the quintessential way to unwind with friends and family. Sip on exquisitely handcrafted cocktails such as manhattan to China, Monk of the East, Pisco Sour, Negroni No. 52and more at one of the leading gin bars in the city.
