Agra : The leadership team at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra is set for an upward trajectory with the recent appointments of Sugandhi Ajikumar as HR Manager and Raju Biswas as Housekeeping Manager.

Bringing in over 23 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Sugandhi Ajikumar steps into her role as HR Manager with a wealth of expertise. Her responsibilities encompass the management of human resources, recruitment processes, fostering employee engagement, and implementing innovative strategies. Having contributed to the successful launch of three prominent hotels , The Shangri-La in New Delhi, Country Inn and Suites in Sahibabad, and the Hilton & DoubleTree by Hilton in Mayur Vihar, Delhi – Sugandhi is well-versed in navigating pre-opening challenges and driving operational excellence.

Joining the team as the new Housekeeping Manager, Raju Biswas brings a decade of diverse experience garnered from both international and domestic brands. Raju is recognized for his unwavering dedication to the industry and firmly believes in the virtues of hard work and discipline as the pillars of success. His prior affiliations include renowned hotels such as Leela Ambience Gurugram, Zana Lake and Andaz Delhi.
