A passionate hotelier with an impressive experience of around 17 years in hospitality industry
Dhakal was associated with various brands like Leela Kempinski, Park Hyatt and IHG with expertise in Italian, Western, Indian and Asian cuisines.
He boasts of a rich and diverse culinary background, including both classic cooking and modern techniques and has the expertise to deliver a luxury experience in all food and beverage departments of the hotel.
Outside his realm of work, he enjoys cooking, travelling, trekking, wildlife photography, music, and reading.
