With a rich background spanning over 20 years in luxury hospitality with Marriott International across Asia and the Middle East, Dushyant brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

In his capacity as Director of Operations, Dushyant will be responsible for developing strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, coordinating staff development initiatives, and fostering productive working environment within the luxury leisure destination JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa.

Prior to elevating his current role, Dushyant served as the Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage at the property, where he demonstrated remarkable leadership and contributed significantly to the success of the property. His journey with Marriott International has seen him excel at renowned properties such as the Batam Marriott Hotel, Indonesia, Doha Marriott Hotel, Qatar, JW Marriott Hotel Dubai, JW Marriott Hotel South Beach Singapore, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Qatar, among others.

He cherishes spending quality time with his family, embodying the values of work-life balance that resonate deeply within the Marriott culture.
