Meluha The Fern, Mumbai, is delighted to welcome Clint Rodrigues as the new Director of Food & Beverage. With an illustrious career spanning two decades, Clint brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. He will oversee the entire F&B operations of the hotel, including the 24-hour coffee shop Tiara, the lounge bar Vandal, and the multi-cuisine restaurant Parabola.

Clint’s journey in the hospitality industry began at JW Marriott Mumbai, where he honed his skills and climbed the ranks through dedication and hard work. Before joining Meluha, he held significant positions at renowned establishments like Park Inn by Radisson (RHG) Bournemouth, UK, The Resort (Chalet Hotels Ltd.) in Mumbai, and Holiday Inn (IHG Hotels) in Mumbai.

Known for his strategic planning and operational management prowess, Clint has consistently implemented effective food and beverage strategies to boost revenue and enhance guest satisfaction. His areas of expertise include preparing and managing department budgets, ensuring cost control, and maximizing revenue.

Under his leadership, Meluha The Fern looks forward to continuing its tradition of excellence in hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to its guests.
