The corporate roster includes industry-forward professionals with specialized experience in hospitality, human resources, room division, and crisis management, who will be leading the resort’s management across varied operations.

With an extremely comprehensive and rich experience of 14 years in Front Office Operations, Bhushan Gupte is committed to delivering outstanding results by in enhancing the talent within the team. His strongest suites include varied communication skills, guest relations skills especially in creating special touches and resolving grievances with his keen eye for detail.

Driven by excellence and his upbeat positive approach he is known to garner meaningful relationships amongst other hoteliers and the internal team.  His ability to multi-task, remain calm and professional under challenging circumstance, & confrontational attitude makes him a cut above the rest.

During his formative years he has been associated with Conrad and Hyatt Regency hotels.  Additionally, he holds Diploma in Hospitality Management and Catering Operations (HMCO) Rizvi College.
