Samson Mathews has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park. Bringing with his 24 years of experience in the service industry, Samson takes on a leadership position to create a positive environment, wherein the whole team is aligned with the goals of the hotel.
As the Director of Human Resource at Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park, Samson will implement his experience in people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances.

Samson has completed his Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Bachelor of Economics, from Loyola College, Chennai. His professional journey began as an HR Executive at The Residency Coimbatore a Pre-opening hotel, and he worked almost 10 years in the The Residency Group and opened up new hotels for the group, he worked in various international hospitality brands such as Marriott International, Starwood International, Mahindra Holidays and Sterling Holidays., before taking on his new role at Crowne Plaza Chennai. Samson is passionate in adventure, biking, and all kinds of Sports.
