Hilton Mumbai International Airport has successfully completed a vaccination drive for all team members. While with the impact of pandemic, the industry has to adapt, but what hasn’t changed for the hotel is commitment to the guests and hotel team members’ comfort, safety and well-being.
Hilton continues to be recognized as a world’s best workplace, placing third (#3) in the 2020 rankings. Hilton Mumbai family is dedicated to purposeful culture, which sees our team members spread the light and warmth of hospitality at a time when the world needs it the most.
“All our team members are proud ambassadors of Hilton hospitality. We ensure at all steps that our team members are safe-guarded, with additional precautions during the pandemic, which also allows us to serve our guests better and to make their visit to the hotel – safe and comfortable. The hotel conducted a week-long vaccination drive, and we are proud to have all team members – across all age-groups are vaccinated. Last year the company had launched ‘Hilton CleanStay’ industry-leading cleaning standards, developed with RB, the makers of Lysol, and Mayo Clinic, and the meetings and events focused ‘Hilton EventReady’ – to provide hotel guests and meeting attendees with peace of mind. With all our team members now vaccinated against COVID, and with our continued protocols, the guests will have added trust and can feel comfortable in their interaction with our team members” said Mr. Ajay Vora, Director of Finance, Hilton Mumbai International Airport.
The vaccination drive was spearheaded by the Human Resources team of the hotel. The drive was conducted at a Mumbai based hospital.
“Our company’s mission is to be the world’s most hospitable company – by positively impacting our guests, team members, owners and communities. The strength of our beautiful 19th-century inspired summer palace themed hotel is the enthusiastic work-force which has performed diligently their duties to make our guests happy. In true spirit, our team members are the front-line warriors who have served each guest during the pandemic, with a smile covered behind a face mask.” said Mr. Manoj Chaudhary, Human Resources Manager, Hilton Mumbai International Airport.
