Hyderabad June: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) organized 'Healthful Choices' a unique interactive cooking show at the Food Exchange in collaboration with celebrity nutritionist Ms. Sridevi Jasti of Vibrant Living. The cooking show which coincided with the Father’s Day Sunday Brunch highlighted the importance of exploring new healthful food choices and provided guests with a good time for networking & knowledge sharing. The cooking show touched upon the recipes of plant-based delicacies like smoothies, rice paper rolls, deserts, and much more.  

Eating healthfully doesn't involve counting calories but it's all about eating a well-balanced meal full of natural nourishment and fresh ingredients.  Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre always promotes healthy and sustainable food options for its guests. As a part of its endeavour to encourage soulful eating the team has also introduced a separate Vegan menu (An extension to its already existing elaborate Sunday Brunch Menu with excellent plant-based choices for discerning customers.

The event was a huge success and attracted a large number of participants. The Vegan menu was a great hit with the guests, who were seen enjoying a guilt-free meal with some lovely music under an overcast sky and slight drizzle.

Hyderabad,April 2022: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) celebrated “The Earth Day 2022” by organizing a tree plantation drive within the 15 acres of award-winning landscaped gardens. Commemorating the drive with an objective to focus on sustainable development and also maintain & improve the green cover the staff planted 8 organic mango trees. The team at NHCC also reiterated their commitment to avoiding food wastage by observing a ‘No-Bin Day’ at the staff restaurant every 21st of the month.

A Showcase of “French art, culture and science extravaganza”
Hyderabad: April 2022: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre in association with Alliance Francaise de Hyderabad present the first event under the national festival “Bonjour India 2022” a French art, culture, and science extravaganza, a gift from France to India on Our 75th year of Independence. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Jayesh Ranjan Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) Departments of the Telangana Government & Mr. Emmanuel Lebrun-Damiens – Counsellor of Culture, Education and Science Embassy of France in India and Director of the French Institute in India along with Dr. Samuel Berthet, Director Alliance Française de Hyderabad & Mr. Manish Dayya, General Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

As a part of the initiative, the hotel showcased the movie DÉLICIEUX, (DELICIOUS) to its guests at their beautiful lawns by the poolside. Delicious is the story of the first restaurant in France pre-revolution era. The Festival is presented by the French Embassy in India, and the network of Alliance Française to patronize French art and culture. The movie was well attended and people were seen having a great time.

As a part of Bonjour India, 2022 Alliance Française of Hyderabad will be hosting top-notch events in the City of Pearls for its beautiful citizens and the international diaspora from April to June 2022. The event was kick-started by showcasing a masterpiece from French Cinema DÉLICIEUX, (DELICIOUS).

Hyderabad: March 2022:  Novotel Hyderabad Airport in association with Asian Art House & Mahavir Mercedes, as a tribute to “Womanhood” and to recognize their undulating spirit celebrated International Women's Day 2022. The event aligned with this year's Women's Day theme, “Break the Bias” and showcased women from all walks of life coming forward. The program emphasized their accomplishment & provided a platform to share stories of inspiring women. 

The event took off with a display of artworks by various talented artists from the city including Rangoli Garg, Ana Sneeringer, to name a few. Deepa Nath, an artist based in Hyderabad who dabbles with Acrylics, charcoals, clay sculptures, and printmaking also showcased some of her outstanding work. The event celebrated innovative women in Hyderabad including Artists, musicians, Entrepreneurs, and others who were given a platform to showcase their talent. The venue was transformed into a Fiesta with different shades of womanhood. The atmosphere was vibrant with foot-tapping jazz music along with delicious food & treats.

Hyderabad: 15th November 2021:  Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre organised  a Children’s Day Special Brunch on 14th November 2021 at Food Exchange. The hotel celebrated the National Children’s Day in an innovative way by organizing “A Child’s Fair” with a dream-like setting of perfect weather, fun games, and an array of national and international cuisines .  The event transited the kids on a joy ride and reminded guests of their beautiful childhood memories.  The event was adorned with  with fun-filled balloons, live music band, Face painting, tattoo artists, games jockey along with various kinds of food across the world. The kids enjoyed the colorful desserts counters and they also baked ginger cookie and ginger houses with the help of chefs and their parents.  

To make the big day more memorable a separate kid’s zone was created which was loaded with activities like trampoline, bouncy, X box, caricature painting and Super hero character. Apart from traditional cuisine the buffet will include Asian, Indian, Western delicacies along with Teppanyaki Ice Cream live counter and a unique Egg Station along with chat counters.
