Kazim is a seasoned, energetic, passionate, and highly motivated hospitality professional with over 17 years of experience in managing F&B operations at leading luxury hotels & resorts

Novotel Hyderabad Airport announced the appointment of Kazim Mehdi as F&B Director. He would be in charge of managing all aspects of the food and beverage responsibilities and ensuring that Novotel’s food ideology is reflected across all its restaurants. Through his expertise, he will help not only to bolster an improved business environment by analyzing and suggesting trends in the hospitality industry but also deliver positive results by improving guest satisfaction and profitability simultaneously.

Kazim is a seasoned, energetic, passionate, and highly motivated hospitality professional with over 17 years of experience in managing F&B operations at leading luxury hotels & resorts. These include Al Shalal Beach Club, Dubai; Fairmont India, Jaipur; and Fairmont Ajman, UAE. He will utilize his extensive skills and knowledge in bestowing leadership that will help achieve fruitful business results. He intends on addressing guests’ requirements and concerns by further improving the quality of service and profitability.

Hyderabad, July 2021:  Novotel Hyderabad Airport organized a session where speakers from the LGBTQ community were invited to share their journey and challenges they face in today’s world. Novotel Hyderabad Airport has been consistently committed to the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring every guest, employee and customer feel welcome and equal. The hotel also had the leadership team from its sister hotels in Hyderabad present for this interactive session.

The session hosted a panel of speakers including Sophia David, who works with a leading consulting firm in India along with Supriyo Chakraborty & Abhay Dang, a Gay couple who work with reputed institutes and MNC’s.

Both the speakers spoke of the relevant laws in place for their community, their rights and also cited various examples to make the audience understand their stand in society. They also shared their journey of acceptance and transition with the audience which helped everyone present in the session see life from their lens. The session was awakening in nature and educated employees about the various challenges that the LGBTQ community faces.

Novotel Hyderabad Airport announces to welcome guests with ALLSAFE certificate

Novotel Hyderabad Airport announces to welcome guests back in the new normal. The hotel has received the ALLSAFE certification from Bureau Veritas, a leader in hygiene and cleanliness inspection. 

The ALLSAFE label, which represents the new cleanliness and prevention standards developed and approved by Bureau Veritas. 

The ALLSAFE label has 16 key protocols which provides assurance that these standards will be met by the hotels in anticipation of the progressive reopening of the hotels across regions. Every hotel will also have an ALLSAFE Officer to ensure all protocols are followed. 

In a press statement, the hotel said all properties will follow strengthened cleanliness protocols. Strict new cleanliness standards will be implemented and monitored in all Accor hotels and will include an enhanced cleaning program with frequent disinfection of all sensitive areas. 

It also said that a comprehensive safety and hygiene training program will be put in place so that all employees have the skills and training necessary to protect themselves and our customers.

Novotel Hyderabad Airport is also implementing new standards to ensure social distancing measures in its hotels and special reception measures when registering customers. 

The food and beverage offering at the hotel has been created to ensure that it better responds to the current context with new food safety standards going beyond government and local regulations.
