The Fern Residency, Rajkot won the prestigious Hygiene and Clean Hotel Award for the year 2021-22.  The award was given by the Rajkot Municipal Corporation after surveying all the hotels under its jurisdiction.

The General Manager of the hotel, Ajay Srivastava received the award from the municipal commissioner and mayor of Rajkot. Congratulating the staff members of the hotel, Senior Vice President-Sales & Marketing, Noshir A Marfatia said, “It is a proud moment for us that a hotel competing with so many other hotels has been recognized for its hygiene standards and cleanliness. According to the GM, Ajay Srivastava the award carries a huge significance in the city as very stringent norms are followed by the municipal corporation. Moreover, the municipal officers visit unannounced and there is an element of surprise as well. They not only check the front areas but also the back-end operations, kitchen, inventory etc. After taking note of everything a jury which includes both municipal commissioner and mayor along with other members reviews all the hotels and then decides upon the winner.

Balaji Rupachandraiah has joined The Fern Residency, Kakinada as their General Manager. He brings with him more than two decades of experience.

Rupachandraiah started out his career in 1998 in the Front Office department and has worked with multiple brands like Sangu Chakra Group of Hotels, Clarks Inn, ITC Welcome Group of Hotels, and many more.

As a team leader, he believes that the results can be achieved when the entire team works together to achieve guest satisfaction.

The Fern Residency Jamnagar has appointed Amit Mathuri as their General Manager.  Mathuri brings with him 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has been associated with Concept Hospitality for the last 8 years.

Prior to joining The Fern Residency, Jamnagar, he has served as an Operations Manager at The Fern Kesarval Hotel & Spa, Goa where he successfully achieved customer and team satisfaction through his overall management skills & leadership.

He has also worked with Royal Orchid, ITDC, Kohinoor Continental and Sarovar Hotels.

Concept Hospitality announces the opening of The Fern Residency, Noida

Concept Hospitality Pvt Ltd, India’s leading environmentally sensitive hotel chain, has announced the full opening of The Fern Residency, Noida in Uttar Pradesh. This is the third hotel the company is operating in both the State and in the NCR region.

The other operational properties in UP are in Agra and Sarnath (Varanasi). This takes the number of hotels managed by the company in India, Nepal and Seychelles to 74 operational hotels, with 6 more hotels scheduled to open by the year-end.

The Fern Residency, Noida, is a midscale business hotel with 45 well-furnished rooms. The hotel also offers a finely-designed multi-cuisine vegetarian restaurant and 3 state-of-art banquet halls.
