Dominic CostaBir, Director, Hospitality Training Institute (HTI) and Founder, Colaborate App

Dominic has been an entrepreneur since the 5th standard, and is an alumnus of IHM, Mumbai, 1990. After dabbling in hospitality operations for 12 years he started HTI in 2002. Dominic conducts training programs on Team Building, Behavioural Leadership and Entrepreneurship. He has delivered programs in Mauritius, KSA, India, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal, UAE and Maldives.

A columnist for various hospitality trade publications and is a regular contributor to mainstream media. He has been hosted by various TV Channels. Dominic is also a YouTuber and moderator of the Colaborate Talk Show.

Dominic is an adventure enthusiast that loves to cook, exercise and travel. Charles Hannel’s book ‘The Master Key System’ opened his mind to the limitless power of the mind and Aura. Dominic has been practising this miraculous power since 2002. He is married to Andrea, Editor, ‘SAVVY’ – India’s leading women’s magazine. They have two children, Storm (23) and Tsunami (19). 

Dominic’s personal mission is ‘Self Improvement’ and professionally, he wants waiters across the world to benefit from HTI and grow into Managers and Entrepreneurs.
