/ABOUT ME:
I am a passionate and result oriented hospitality personnel who began his journey in the field of Hospitality with The Taj Group of Hotels as an Operations Management Trainee in the year 2010 after being graduated from IHM Hyderabad. During my 4.5 years tenure with the Taj Palace Hotel New Delhi I had the opportunity to take up multiple portfolios such as Assistant Groups & Conferences Manager, Assistant Manager-Front Office, Duty Manager by leading numerous Leisure & Conference Blocks and the most prestigious Head of State Visits too including the BRICS Summit.
Later in the year 2015, I stepped into the shoes of becoming a Ritz-Carlton Gentleman by joining Ritz-Carlton's flagship property in India, The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore where I started as a Duty Manager and grew up the ladder to take the role of Guest Services & Guest Relations Manager.
Year 2018 brought a new venture as my first overseas experience and I moved to The Ritz-Carlton Doha as Guest Experience Manager. With a strong foundation of Taj & Ritz-Carlton Values. I am a firm believer of constant Training and Learning; hence have designed and created insightful videos on my YouTube Channel focusing on Hospitality & Leadership Excellence.
