With over 28 years of extensive experience in Project Management and Maintenance Operations, Nagesh joins us from Courtyard Mumbai, where he held the position of Director of Engineering.

Throughout his distinguished career, Nagesh has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked with prominent organizations such as Accor Hotels, The Lalit, The Park Hyderabad, Ramada Caravela Beach Resort, JW Marriott Mumbai, Transerrect Engineers. 

His exceptional communication skills complement Nagesh's technical proficiency, ability to foster relationships, and talent for building effective teams. His analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and detail-oriented approach further enhance his ability to drive organizational success.

Sandip Nalawade is a proficient leader in hotel engineering with 20 years of experience and a strong background in addressing the engineering needs of luxury hotels, apartments, and commercial properties. In his previous role as the Chief Engineer at Hilton Mumbai International Airport, Sandip led a team of 27 skilled professionals, implemented innovative energy-saving initiatives, and played a pivotal role in reopening and sustaining the hotel during the pandemic. His expertise in HVAC, electrical engineering, plumbing techniques, and systems management has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Chennai, May 2023 – Hyatt Regency Chennai is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr.  Parthasarathy G.S. as the Assistant Director of Engineering. He brings over 21 years of experience in  various industries, with a focus on MEP engineering, operations, estates, projects, technical services, asset  and property management. 

He has worked with brands, such as Hyatt, Sarovar Portico, Saj Hotels & Resorts, Lenovo and Spencer  Plaza.. He is also an electrical license holder with invaluable managerial experience.
