Born and raised in Mumbai, Chef Ashley’s extensive career has taken him to renowned international hotels, including JW Marriott Juhu, Conrad Pune, Hilton Goa Resort, and Radisson Blu Nashik. His expertise has been honed through these prestigious roles, most recently leading the culinary division at Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield.

With over 28 years of extensive experience in Project Management and Maintenance Operations, Nagesh joins us from Courtyard Mumbai, where he held the position of Director of Engineering.

Throughout his distinguished career, Nagesh has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked with prominent organizations such as Accor Hotels, The Lalit, The Park Hyderabad, Ramada Caravela Beach Resort, JW Marriott Mumbai, Transerrect Engineers.

With over 17 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Anil brings a guest-focused and goal-driven approach to his role, along with extensive expertise gained from luxury hotels and resorts across the globe.

Before joining Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Chef Anil served as Chef de Cuisine at Al Messila, Doha, a Luxury Collection resort under Marriott, where his focus on people, products, and profit contributed significantly to the culinary success of the establishment. Notable achievements and a dedication to excellence mark his journey in the culinary world. He has held significant positions at renowned properties such as The Residence Maldives, Falhumaafushi, The Imperial in New Delhi, Aquarium Restaurant at Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi, and Beach Rotana in Abu Dhabi, among others.

Chef Anil has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. His ability to motivate and lead teams has been evident in his roles, where he has supervised individuals in food production and menu planning, ensuring seamless operations and culinary excellence.

Prudhvi Rajkumar Has Been Appointed The New Director Of Sales For Park Hyatt Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Telangana 2023 Park Hyatt Hyderabad is pleased to announce the appointment of Prudhvi Rajkumar as the Director of Sales. Prudhvi holds an impressive academic and professional background with more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has completed an MBA from UBI University in Chennai and holds two diplomas, one in Aviation and the other in Hotel Management.

His work experience showcases his expertise in the hospitality and service industry. By managing and liaising with key operational departments to ensure guest requests and seamless customer expectations are met, he began his career as a Customer Service Supervisor at Paramount Airways, Chennai. He then advanced to the role of Assistant Sales Manager at The Raintree Hotel and further climbed the ladder to become a Sales Manager at The Park, Chennai.

His most recent role was as Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Chennai, where he spent the last 8+ years as part of the Hyatt family.

Prudhvi is known for his enthusiasm, sincerity, and strong work ethic. His success stories include securing contracts with entertainment sectors, closing repatriation businesses during the pandemic, and generating substantial revenue from pharmaceutical and renowned corporate clients.
