With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Resham brings a wealth of expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Resham began her professional journey as a Management Trainee at Radisson Alibaug and went on to gain experience in HR roles at ITC Fortune and Travel Food Services. She then spent eight years at Taj Hotels, holding managerial roles and serving as Head of Department (HOD) for four years across two properties. Prior to joining Conrad Bengaluru, she was associated with ITC Luxury Collection Hotels, further honing her leadership and strategic HR capabilities.

Enthusiastic about creating a positive work environment, Resham believes in fostering transparency, accessibility, and a win-win culture where both employees and the organization thrive. Her approach is deeply rooted in preserving company values while driving innovation in HR practices.

Conrad Bengaluru appoints Misbah Nissar as Executive Housekeeper

With 14 years of proficiency in the Hospitality industry, Misbah brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of excellence to her new role.

In her capacity at Conrad Bengaluru, Misbah will lead the Housekeeping team with a keen focus on enhancing guest experience, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, and fostering an environment of unparalleled comfort and Hospitality. Misbah comes with over 14 years of extensive experience in the field of housekeeping and has worked with brands like Taj Palace new Delhi, Vivanta by Taj Kovalam and Yeshwantpur.

In her previous role at the Taj Group of hotels, Misbah held a pivotal position of overseeing housekeeping desk operations, orchestrating daily activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. In addition to this, she also helped the hotel in installing OPERA software and have been a part of the OPERA team while running it live at the hotel.

Conrad Bengaluru appoints Ruben Nair as Marketing Manager

Bengaluru, February 2024:  Conrad Bengaluru announces the appointment of Ruben Nair as Marketing Manager. With diverse experience across key marketing functions, Ruben has been associated with some of the leading names in the industry like Zoo Media, Schbang Digital Solutions, Ogilvy and Mather and Grey Group India.  

As the Marketing Manager at Conrad Bengaluru, Ruben will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, sales and customer engagement strategies to further strengthen the property as a premier destination for luxury hospitality. He will be involved in strategy development as well as promotion and implementation of digital campaigns, while managing a gamut of media and PR engagements.  

Prior to joining Conrad Bengaluru, Ruben was associated with Zoo Media Pvt. Ltd. His areas of expertise include implementing marketing strategies, digital marketing activations, key brand associations, in addition to PR & communications.

Ruben holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from the Indian School of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Master’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. Outside work, he has a penchant for Yoga, Travel and Cycling.
