Prior to his tenure at Hilton Goa Resort, Malcolm held key positions in renowned brands including Radisson Blu Resort Goa, Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa, Alila Diwa Goa, The Radisson White Sands Resort, and Holiday Inn. His diverse background has allowed him to gain valuable insights and expertise in managing IT operations within the hospitality industry.

As the newly appointed Cluster IT Manager, Malcolm will oversee the information technology functions for three prominent properties, namely Hilton Goa Resort, DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Arpora - Baga, and DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji. This move underscores Siddhant's significant contributions to the organization since he joined in March 2019, and his journey with Hilton has seen him ascend from Sales Manager to Associate Director of Sales, before his current promotion.

Siddhant's remit in this role will extend beyond merely overseeing all sales operations. He will also be in charge of a diverse portfolio that encompasses proactive sales, reactive/catering sales, reservations, and revenue generation. His mandate will be to align sales plans with the overarching business strategy, identify potential risks, and implement robust measures to mitigate any budgetary exposure.
