Chef Roshan Tadadikar has been appointed as Executive Chef at Novotel Mumbai International Airport

With a career spanning over 13 years, Roshan continues to bring with him a wealth of experience and culinary expertise to his new role which will continue to be a boon to the hotel.

He will oversee all aspects of the hotel's culinary operations and lead a team of talented chefs, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are met. Leveraging his expertise in multi-cuisine cooking, Chef Roshan will focus on modern Indian and traditional cuisine to bring a fresh and innovative perspective towards creating flavorful dishes.

Roshan's vision for Novotel Mumbai International Airport focuses on designing an engaging and diverse menu catering to the local palate offering both exciting and reflective regional tastes. Chef Roshan has received numerous accolades and recognition within the brand, including Executive of the Year in 2015, Chef of the Year in 2016 and Best General Attitude in 2019.

With a distinguished bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism from Punjab Technical University, and having been a part of the Leadership Development Program, his skill set has been sharpened through years of experience in the culinary field. He has previously worked with esteemed establishments and various Novotel properties across India.
