Chef Sabyasachi Dasmahapatra regards himself as an artistic Cook. His preparations echo

innovation, keeping the authenticity intact in the recipe with diversities of dishes for every

palate. He has acquainted Fiesta and Organic Menu among the food connoisseurs in his early

professional carrier.

Re- discovered and familiarized the almost elapsed British Raj (Colonial) Cuisine to the main

stream culinary platform. He has introduced Churrascaria (Brazilian Barbeque) & Passador

(Meat Waiters) concept to City of Joy (Kolkata) which has been cherished and recognized by Mr. Nandan Bagchi (Food Critic) and Mr. Vir Sanghvi..!

He has contributed in various Food projects with the culinary stalwarts -Chef Tarla Dalal, Chef

Bobby Chin, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor & Chef Vikash Khanna to name few.

He brings 19+ years of opulent culinary proficiency with diverse cuisine expertise.
