The company is set to add 50 new outlets by the end of the current year and 200 outlets by the end of December 2025 via company. The company will expand its presence by opening company-owned outlets and associating with master franchisees in different regions.

In the current month, 99 Pancakes has opened 4 new outlets, marking a successful month of growth. The momentum will continue into September with plans to launch an additional 8 outlets. Gurugram / London, September 2024: Air India, India’s leading global airline, has introduced its brand-new Airbus A350-900 aircraft on the Delhi-London Heathrow route. This twice-daily service is the first deployment of the ‘new Air India’ experience on long-haul flights and represents a significant milestone in the airline’s transformation program.

 

The Air India A350 cabin product includes a fresh three-class configuration offering full-flat beds in Business, a new Premium Economy experience and the latest generation seats in Economy.  All guests enjoy the latest-generation inflight entertainment system offering more than 3000 hours of entertainment content, which will shortly be complemented by on board Wi-Fi*.

 

Guests in Business and Premium Economy will also enjoy updated amenity kits exclusively designed by Ferragamo and TUMI, as well as Air India’s new soft product – Vista Verve – with new chinaware, tableware, glassware and bedding. Completing the experience, flight and cabin crew will don, for the first time, their new Manish Malhotra-designed uniforms.

Two out of Three Indian Travelers Can’t Get Enough of Their Favorite Destination - Agoda Survey Reveals

New Delhi, August 2024 – It turns out that one trip to destinations like Thailand and Vietnam just isn’t enough for most travelers. Agoda’s latest Return Visitor Ranking reveals that 67% of Indian travelers return to their favorite destinations. The ranking, which was compiled from a survey conducted on the Agoda platform earlier this month, shows Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia are leading the pack as the ultimate hotspots for returning visitors from India, followed by Singapore and France.

Agoda surveyed travelers who just booked a new trip to their favorite destination. The largest group of respondents from India (42%) cited ‘Adventure’ as the main purpose for their upcoming trip. 22% is traveling for ‘Food’, while ‘Arts and Culture’ and ‘Reuniting with Family/Friends’ were both mentioned by 20% of respondents.

58% of repeat travelers have visited their favorite destination between 1-3 times in the past decade, making up the largest chunk of repeat visitors. 4% of travelers have even visited their favorite destination ten times or more.

  • 1/4 cup agar-agar flakes

  • A pinch of cardamom powder



Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat coconut water and add agar-agar flakes. Simmer until agar-agar dissolves.

  2. Add sugar, coconut milk, and cardamom powder. Stir well.

  3. Bring to a boil, then add tender coconut flesh.

  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set.



3. Tender Coconut Rice:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup basmati rice

  2. 1 1/2 cups tender coconut water

  3. 1/2 cup tender coconut flesh

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash rice and cook it with tender coconut water instead of regular water.

  2. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork.

  3. In a pan, heat coconut oil, add tender coconut flesh, and sauté for a few minutes.

  4. Mix the coconut flesh with the cooked rice.

  5. Add salt to taste and serve.

Vikas’s journey with Eclat Hospitality began during his time as a Hotel Management student. Our paths first crossed when I visited his college as a faculty member, and later, as I took on a more prominent role, we continued to stay in touch. Vikas pursued his dream of gaining international experience, and upon his return to India, he reconnected with a friend who was working with me at that time.

Our first project together was a training assignment that laid the foundation for what would become a fruitful partnership. Vikas joined us full-time, and since then, there has been no turning back. His values and vision have seamlessly aligned with ours, making him an integral part of Eclat Hospitality’s growth and success.

As we reflect on these past nine years, we recognize the significance of having a partner whose principles resonate with our own. Vikas’s dedication has been instrumental in building and leading Eclat Hospitality to where it stands today.
