Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage industry? We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Controller to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Goa.

# Role and Responsibilities:


As a Food and Beverage Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial performance of our F&B department. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs by ensuring accurate inventory management and analysis.

  • Conducting regular audits to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborating with the purchasing team to optimize supplier relationships, negotiate favorable contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

  • Tracking sales and revenue, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.

  • Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure proper portion control, recipe adherence, and waste management.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and market competition.

  • Producing regular reports on financial performance, cost variations, and inventory levels for management review.


# Qualifications and Skills:


To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Controller or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage cost control techniques, inventory management, and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and suppliers.
