Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and promote a positive work culture.
2. Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates to meet the restaurant's staffing needs.
3. Create and deliver effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
4. Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
5. Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with employees at all levels.
5. Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
Location: Goa, India
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 4.8lpa
This position reports directly to the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
