Highlights:
1. Technically qualified / skilled with 2-3 Years of experience in Food Production Department of any renowned burger chain.
2. Should be specialized in making different kind of burger
3. Should be in a position to join immediately or with a short notice period not exceeding a maximum of 21 days from date of issue of LOI.
4. Candidates with experience in *Akus Burger, Burger Rama, All American Dining, Big Fat Sandwich* etc will be given first priority.
5. Should be well versed with the knowledge about sandwich and burger.
6. Sous chef Shall be responsible for menu planning inclusive of planning of packages, food cost & control, par stock determination for raw materials required, creating standard recipes and over-all kitchen administration.
