Prior to joining Novotel Guwahati GS Road, Chef Narendra served as Chef de Cuisine at Anantara - Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort in Oman, where he showcased his culinary talent and leadership skills in managing diverse culinary operations. His culinary journey includes enriching experiences with esteemed brands such as The Oberoi, The Ritz Carlton, and Radisson Blu, where he honed his skills and developed a keen understanding of culinary excellence.

Chef Narendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from I.H.M. Gurdaspur, where he received comprehensive training and education in culinary arts and hotel management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation, earning accolades and recognition for his culinary creations and leadership.

Jitendra Sharma & Chandra Sekhar Jha Joined Novotel Guwahati GS Road as Chief Engineer & Finance Controller.

Mr. Jitendra Sharma has joined as the Chief Engineer, bringing a wealth of expertise in engineering and infrastructure management. Simultaneously, Mr. Chandra Sekhar Jha on the role of Finance Controller, oversaw the financial operations of the hotel.

Mr. Jitendra Sharma is an accomplished engineering professional with a proven track record in overseeing complex projects in the hospitality sector. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Mr. Sharma has a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in maintaining and enhancing the physical infrastructure of hotels. His appointment reflects the hotel's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of facility management and guest satisfaction. Prior to joining Novotel Guwahati GS Road, he has worked as Chief Engineer at Hyatt Centric Dehradun..

Mr. Chandra Sekhar Jha brings a wealth of experience to his new role as Finance Controller at Novotel Guwahati GS Road. With over 15 years of distinguished service in the hospitality industry, Mr. Jha has honed his financial acumen through tenures at renowned establishments, including Royal Orchid and The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata. His extensive experience and expertise in financial management and strategic planning underscore his commitment to upholding the highest financial standards and contributing to the continued success of Novotel Guwahati GS Road. In addition to his daily routine, he finds solace in indulging in his passions for music, cricket, and gardening.

Arnab Nath has been promoted to T&C Manager & Ashok Tripathy has been appointed as Chief Engineer at Novotel Guwahati GS Road

Arnab joined as Assistant Manager in Talent & Culture in 2018 and has been an integral part of the talent & Culture team since 2018. He has a total of 11 years of experience. Prior to Novotel Guwahati, he had worked with Lemon Tree Hotels, ITC welcome group & Radisson Blu. Arnab hails from Assam. He had completed his MBA in Human Resources from Panjab Technical University. As employee retention has become a challenge in Hospitality Industry, Arnab’s priority is to create a sustainable environment to retain employees. Guwahati is an emerging market for Hospitality Industry and Arnab is looking forward to connecting employee well-being with career growth for this market.

Ashok started his career in the Hospitality industry at Radisson White Sand Beach Resort in 2007. He worked with City Max hotel in Dubai, Phoenix Park Inn Resort Goa, Radisson Blu Nagpur, and Mayfair Bhubaneswar before joining Radisson Blu Guwahati in 2015. He had Joined there as an Asst. Manager- Engineering and later promoted as Chief Engineer in 2020. Ashok was born & brought up in Odisha and is currently settled in Guwahati with his family. Having a total of 17 years of experience and maximum tenure with different properties of Radisson, he is looking forward to working & grow in Accor. He has already started working on various sustainable related initiatives like less carbon emission, usage of recycled water, less usage of Electricity.
