Savour Hidden Treasures Under the Sea as Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas Launches Underwater-Aged Wine Tastings

Home to the world’s first ever underwater wine cellar and restaurant, Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas is offering guests a truly remarkable and exclusive oenophilia experience. Aside from the fine cuisine and stunning views of the local marine life, its award-winning SEA Underwater Restaurant now offers a unique experience of wine tasting featuring underwater-aged wines.

In 2020, our wine experts at Anantara Kihavah started an innovative experiment of submerging bottles of Dom Perignon 2008 vintage Champagne below the ocean’s surface to age for 365 days. The bottles are submerged in open water without enclosures and away from direct sunlight. After the sunken bottles were retrieved, the Champagnes noticeably gained distinct flavour notes such as seaweed, minerals, and salinity in its taste, perfectly complementing the classic components of Dom Perignon’s citrus, brioche, and nutty characters. Now there is a range of underwater aged Champagne and wines to taste.

2023 Australian Tourism Exchange opens on the Gold Coast

May 2023: The 43rd edition of Tourism Australia’s largest annual trade event, the Australian Tourism Exchange 2023  (ATE23), has officially opened on the Gold Coast with around 2,300 delegates expected to take part in the event at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

This year ATE has returned to its traditional format for the first time since 2019, with four days of appointments. The tourism travel show has taken place in a condensed hybrid format over the past two years.

Tourism Australia Managing Director Phillipa Harrison said the first full ATE in years is an important milestone for the Australian tourism industry as it continues to rebuild off the back of the most challenging few years in its history.

“International travelers are returning to our shores but the competition for the global tourism dollar is now greater than ever before which is why business-to-business events, such as ATE, are so important,”  Miss Harrison said.

“ATE brings together tourism businesses, tourism wholesalers, and retailers from around the world for  four days of appointments as well as networking events, while our international buyers get the chance to experience our world-class tourism offerings first hand.”

“The delegates visit from more than 30 countries and we know once they have seen what Australia has  to offer for themselves they will be well placed to tell travellers why Australia is the best place in the world for their next holiday.”

Tourism and Events Queensland CEO Patricia O’Callaghan said the whole state was ready to welcome  ATE delegates in what is another important step forward in our international recovery.

“ATE is our primary opportunity to put Queensland in front of crucial international trade and media partners and we have an incredible program lined up.”

“The industry has continued to invest whilst borders were closed and as a result, we have opened to the world with billions of dollars of new infrastructure, products, and experiences that have been completed or under construction across the State.”

“There is strong enthusiasm for this event in Queensland and for these partners to arrive and see first-hand our world-class tourism experiences.”

“Queensland will bring the largest contingent of tourism businesses of any state and we look forward to the opportunity to reconnect with these important partners.”

“Our comprehensive familiarisation program will also show first-hand why Queensland is a bucket list destination with nearly 500 people from more than 30 countries exploring everything from the reef to the rainforest, the ocean to the Outback and of course our iconic beaches.”

“Rebuilding Queensland’s $6 billion international market is critical to the future of tourism for this  country.”

“We welcome the 2,300 delegates to the Gold Coast and to Queensland and know they will leave with strong business partnerships and memorable moments shared exploring our state.”

Destination Gold Coast Interim CEO Karen Bolinger said the Gold Coast has transformed in recent years into one of the nation's most vibrant destinations.

"We want the Gold Coast to be one of the most desirable destinations across the world and ATE gives us an extraordinary opportunity to position ourselves as Asia-Pacific’s most dynamic and innovative holiday and business events destination,” Miss Bolinger said.

“ATE will be our time to really shine and showcase to the world a rejuvenated Gold Coast as delegates  experience first-hand every flavour of our city that we enjoy every single day.”

“The Gold Coast boasts golden beaches which is home to the world’s first floating underwater reef, unspoiled waterfalls and hiking trails through World Heritage listed rainforest and cool urban coastal precincts, all within a 45 minute radius.”

ATE23 will run from 30 April to 4 May 2023, with around 2,300 delegates from 30 countries. The delegates include around 650 international buyers and 80 international media who will also have the  opportunity to participate in pre and post event familiarisations.

ATE23 is delivered by Tourism Australia in partnership with Tourism and Events Queensland and  supported by Destination Gold Coast.

Sustainability, gastronomy, trade and technology set to strengthen city’s multi-pronged blueprint for tourism success in 2023 and beyond

India,May 2023: Dubai welcomed 4.67 million international overnight visitors in the first quarter of 2023, compared to 3.97 million tourists during the same period in 2022. This marks a 17 % YoY growth and the city’s best Q1 performance since the pandemic, placing it firmly on track to becoming the most visited international destination, according to the latest data published by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

The growth, which sets the city on course to full tourism recovery, contributes to the goal of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai this January, to consolidate Dubai’s status as one of the world’s top three cities.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, said: “The remarkable growth in international visitation achieved by Dubai in the first quarter of 2023 demonstrates the city’s emergence as one of the key destinations leading the way in the rebound of the global tourism sector. This achievement has been made possible by the far-reaching vision of the leadership to transform Dubai into one of the world’s fastest-growing metropolises and the globe’s pre-eminent hub for travel, talent, entrepreneurship and investment. The Dubai Economic Agenda recently launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, charts an ambitious new path for Dubai to enhance its contributions to shaping the future of the global economy. The tourism sector is not only the strongest pillars of our economy but also a key enabler of Dubai’s distinctive role in the world as a bridge between markets, cultures and regions. In the years ahead, Dubai will continue to introduce new pathbreaking initiatives to offer a distinctive proposition for travellers and achieve its goal of becoming the world’s best place to live, visit, work and invest in.”

The latest industry results - announced at the ongoing 30th edition of Arabian Travel Market in Dubai World Trade Centre, positions Dubai as the fastest recovering destination globally, achieving 98 % of pre-pandemic levels in Q1 2023, and exceeding the projection made by the United Nations World Trade Organisation that international tourist arrivals could reach between 80-95 % of pre-pandemic levels this year, especially in Europe and the Middle East.

The number of visitors in Q1 2023 was just two percentage points short of pre-pandemic volume of 4.75 million tourists that arrived in Dubai in the first three months of 2019, a remarkable achievement since turning the tide in July 2020 by reopening the city to international tourists, and in spite of current global economic headwinds. The industry performance also capped an exceptional first quarter for Dubai, which saw the city being crowned again as the No.1 global destination in Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards 2023, making it only the second time in history a city has won the coveted award for two years in a row.

His Excellency Helal Saeed Almarri, Director General of Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, commented: “Q1 2023 has set us off on a very strong trajectory for the year and is driving us closer towards realising the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai to make Dubai the most visited and re-visited destination. The positive industry performance is an endorsement of our well-defined strategy, and a testament to the unwavering support of our tourism industry partners and stakeholders. The coming decade will see our industry going through extraordinary phases of transformation, in terms of infrastructure, technology, attractions and experiences, as we focus on achieving the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda 2033.

“To maintain Dubai’s global appeal as the first-choice destination for travellers, we will continue to follow the multi-pronged blueprint that largely contributed to our success in 2022 - evolving the destination promise, a multi-geographic approach to markets, constant international outreach through global campaigns, hosting international MICE, business and leisure events, and further improving stakeholder relationships. As we look ahead to further accelerating momentum in our tourism sector, the pillars of sustainability, gastronomy, trade, and technology will form the foundation of our future success. Notably, this year is declared as UAE’s 'Year of Sustainability,' marking a major milestone for us, as the city prepares to host COP28, the UN Climate Change Conference. Sustainability will form the core of all that we do, incorporating sustainable practices into every aspect of the visitor experience to advance our journey towards becoming the world's best city to live and work in,” HE Helal Almarri added.

Strong rebound

Dubai’s traditional source markets delivered solid tourism volumes during the first quarter of the year with key regions continuing to make an impact on international visitation, further underscoring the success of the city’s diversified multi-geographic strategy. GCC and MENA combined was the top region, collectively contributing to 29 % of total volumes, reflecting the city’s continued appeal for travellers from neighbouring markets. Western Europe accounted for 22 % of tourism arrivals, while South Asia, accounted for 16 % of total international visitation, followed by CIS and Eastern Europe together contributing 15 %, Americas (7 %), North Asia and South East Asia (6 %), Africa (4 %) and Australasia (1 %).

The majority of the regions have demonstrated significant increase in Q1 2023 compared to the same period in 2022 while four regions have fully recovered and surpassed Q1 2019 levels – CIS and Eastern Europe (48 % vs. Q1 2019), MENA (32 % vs. Q1-2019), Americas (9 % vs. Q1-2019 and Australasia 2 % vs 2019). Both South Asia and Western Europe are close to achieving pre-pandemic levels in terms of tourism volumes.

Dubai’s hotel sector spearheads growth

Dubai hotels saw a surge in performance during the first quarter of 2023. Average occupancy for the sector during the January-March period stood at an impressive 83 %, making it one of the highest in the world, and almost on par with the 84 % occupancy recorded in Q1 2019. This achievement is particularly notable given a 26 % increase in room capacity since then. By the end of March 2023, the city's hotel sector had a total of 148,877 rooms in 814 hotel establishments compared to 118,039 rooms in 717 hotel establishments in 2019. Continued domestic and international investment into the sector helped further boost hotel inventory, with the first quarter of 2023 seeing a 6 % increase in the total number of hotels and rooms compared to the same period in 2022.

The hotel sector outperformed pre-pandemic levels across all other hospitality metrics. During the first three months of the year, Dubai hotels collectively provided 10.98 million Occupied Room Nights, a YoY growth of 7 % and a 27 % increase compared to the pre-pandemic period of Q1 2019, which registered 8.63 million Occupied Room Nights. The ADR of AED607 during the first three months of the year surpassed the ADR of 2019 (AED498), a 22 % growth while RevPAR of AED504 in Q1 2023, surged by 21 % compared to the first three months of the pre-pandemic period of 2019 (AED 417). The robust performance of the hotel sector is also evident by the fact that average length of stay by guests increased to four nights compared to 3.5 nights, a 14 % increase over the same period in 2019, highlighting the city’s appeal for longer-stay travellers.

His Excellency, Issam Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, said: “Inspired by our visionary leadership, we have made tremendous strides in our efforts to position the city as a must-visit destination through celebrity-led and digital first global campaigns in parallel with initiatives that increase accessibility, minimise barriers to travel, and make it as seamless as possible for travellers to visit Dubai. We express our sincere appreciation for the steadfast support from all our stakeholders and partners who relentlessly strive to uphold our city's position as a top-tier travel destination globally. Their commitment to our shared vision is instrumental in maintaining our city's global reputation and for the steady inflow of international visitors. We will continue to work with them to develop innovative and unique tourism products and experiences that will further amplify the appeal of our city as the top consideration for both first-time and repeat business and leisure travellers. With global travel undergoing a paradigm shift in terms of visitor expectations and experiences, we are making every effort to ensure Dubai performs even better in 2023 and beyond to remain ahead of the curve in a highly competitive global tourism landscape.”

Spearheading sustainability initiatives

In an effort to fortify its existing and emerging markets, as well as uncover fresh opportunities for growth both in the domestic and international markets, Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) is ramping up its pursuit of non-traditional tourism avenues to attract visitors. This approach is particularly crucial, as the success of Dubai's tourism strategy will largely hinge on the pillars of sustainability, gastronomy, trade, and technology.

As Dubai shifts towards a more advanced, inclusive, long-term approach to sustainable growth, sustainability is becoming increasingly important as an opportunity and driving force for growth, as more and more travellers seek out sustainable destinations. Sustainability is a core component of Dubai's development strategy, and hosting global events like COP28 will provide an exceptional opportunity to highlight the Dubai Sustainable Tourism (DST) initiative designed to enhance the sustainability of the tourism sector and contribute to broader clean energy and sustainable development objectives. DST will also prepare Dubai to cater to global travellers seeking authentic local experiences that promote sustainable practices. A key DST initiative is the Dubai Can campaign, which encourages the use of reusable bottles. The initiative has successfully reduced the number of single-use plastic water bottles by over 7 million in just one year since its launch in February 2022.

DET will further enhance its Gastronomy Always on Campaign as Dubai drives growth in the hospitality and F&B sector, focusing on the four pillars of diversity, value for money, authenticity and experience. Additionally, the city’s investment in infrastructure and support systems for entrepreneurs has transformed it into a much sought-after destination for start-ups, global talent and entrepreneurs.

With the support of its stakeholders and partners, Dubai is committed to continuously offering novel and distinctive experiences for discerning global travellers. These developments will largely be driven by the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which includes over 100 % expansion of tourism attractions, providing new areas for investment and increasing diversity of attractions and experiences for both residents and visitors. Dubai will also continue to showcase its offerings in various segments, including ecotourism, food tourism, wellness tourism, cruise tourism, sports tourism and destination weddings.

Leveraging its position as an international events destination to draw more visitors to its MICE, business and leisure events, Q1 2023 saw Dubai hosting an extensive line-up of events including the Dubai Shopping Festival, the flagship festival of the city’s year-round Retail Calendar, Art Dubai, Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, Dubai Duty Free Tennis, the Dubai World Cup, Dubai International Boat Show, World Government Summit, as well as Gulfood, the world’s largest annual food & beverage exhibition, which hosted a record 5,000 plus exhibitors from over 125 countries. In addition to COP28, other major events that are set to create greater visibility for Dubai around the world this year are the family summer extravaganza, Dubai Summer Surprises, Dubai Esports and Games Festival and Dubai Fitness Challenge.

Dubai will also continue to provide alternative growth pathways facilitated by reforms and regulatory enablers, including visa initiatives like the Golden Visa, 5-year Multi Entry Visa, Virtual Working, and Retire in the Dubai programs that have eased barriers to entry, promoted long-term affiliation with the city and further enhanced its position as a global liveability hub.  Home to over 200 nationalities, Dubai also provides parents a choice of quality education for their children with many top-ranking international universities having established their campuses in the city. These initiatives have also strengthened Dubai's pro-business environment, making it an attractive destination for multinationals, family offices, global talent, entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors.

Ingredient Ideology | Summer Special- The Curd Connection VERSATILE & VARIED IN NATURE BY: DR. KAVIRAJ KHIALANI- CELEBRITY MASTER CHEF.

While the story of curd being known to us goes back in history, according to a popular legend, while traveling across a desert, some Turks kept milk in a goatskin bag and slung it across the back of a camel. The desert sun and the bacteria in the bag had enabled preparation of curd, also known as yoghurt. Curd and yogurt: the two terms have often been considered to be synonymous. Curd or dahi is a dairy product which is made by curdling milk with edible acidic substance like lemon juice, vinegar and even curd itself. Curd is a great probiotic that contains good beneficial bacteria known to promote gut activity, soothe the inflamed digestive system and heals an upset stomach.

Curd has somehow been a chosen ingredient by a number of international cuisines and its adaptability and versatile nature has helped it gain a lot of popularity when it comes to indian marination, gravies, lassi or chaas, shrikhand or even layered desserts where can use hung curd as well.

Milk is converted into curd or yogurt by the process of fermentation. Milk consists of globular proteins called casein. Here curd forms because of the chemical reaction between the lactic acid bacteria and casein. During fermentation, the bacteria use enzymes to produce energy (ATP) from lactose. Curd is made by bacterial fermentation of milk. In this process lactose in milk is converted into lactic acid by several probiotic microorganisms. The species involved in the fermentation depends on the temperature and humidity of the environment, and may include Lacto coccus lactis and a few more.

A favorite of many of us in a number of ways from having a bowl full of it or into a raita form, cooking it up in a kadhi concept preparing sweet dishes etc.

Here are a few popular Health Benefits of Curd:

  • Curd is rich in proteins and also essential minerals like calcium that helps keep our bones strong.

  • Curd possesses good bacteria called pro-biotics which are great to consume since it helps in digestion.

  • Curd is a great immunity booster and also good to consume on a weight loss program.

  • Curd is heart healthy, good for our hair and skin too.

Six Senses Comino Will Offer a Mediterranean Island Escape to Reshape and Reintegrate with Family, Friends, and Six Senses Communities

New Delhi, India – April, 2023 – Located across two bays on a lesser-known Maltese island, Six Senses Comino will feature a resort and themed spa, farm-to-table dining, and an exciting array of cultural, leisure, wellness, retreat, and sporting activities.

Midway between Malta and Gozo, Comino is a small and peaceful island with rugged cliffs scattered with wild herbs and flowers and bright turquoise waters, including the famous Blue Lagoon. Classified as a Natura 2000 site, its cliffs are a safe resting spot for migratory birds, and its waters protect abundant marine life, making it a paradise for divers. Whereas Malta’s 7,000-year cultural heritage bears witness to its strategic geographical position, as great civilizations passed through or settled, Comino was a refuge for exiled knights and philosophers. Today, it offers a complete change of pace as a tranquil island escape.

Six Senses Comino will be located on the shores of San Niklaw and San Marija bays, both enjoying sunrise aspects and linked by a coastal path. The two distinct sites will be fully rebuilt within the existing area of the previous development using the least impacting construction methods.

“Six Senses Comino is an invitation to guests with a deep understanding and appreciation of the value of preservation and who are seeking mindful serenity,” says Six Senses CEO Neil Jacobs. “We’re doing something unique within the Maltese hospitality landscape, which is to create a sumptuous and sustainable lifestyle resort on a reduced footprint to make way for new trees and shrubs and, therefore, a thriving environment for new guests and returning wildlife.”

Rising with the light across San Niklaw

Designed by Belvedere Architecture, the 71 low-rise suites will overlook the bay and enjoy easterly vistas across the Mediterranean Sea from their private decks. The natural palette of stone and timber echoes the island’s geology and garigue shrubland within comfortable and spacious accommodations that feel like an extension of Comino’s beauty. Full-height openings and terraces blur the boundaries between outdoor and indoor space, encouraging star gazing and total immersion in nature. Double-aspect terraces on the upper two floors mean guests can follow the sun from sunrise yoga to a sunset cocktail. Infinity pools on the ground floor serve as private rock pools, inviting guests to lie back and limpet in the shallows until the turn of the tide.

Resort guests will have exclusive access to San Niklaw bay as well as a large communal swimming pool and deck area served by a bar and grill. The signature restaurant, supplied with fresh produce from the Maltese farming community, will be complemented by a destination bar and lobby bar. Grow With Six Senses will keep children and teens happy and off screens through the six dimensions of wellness (social, environmental, physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual) while parents enjoy lazy al fresco lunches or leaf through an old classic in the library lounge.

The 1,000-square-meter Six Senses Spa will offer locally inspired treatments, longevity therapies, and personalized wellness programs. Six Senses Comino will also be a healing backdrop for a range of guided retreats curated by experts and spiritual and artistic communities, where guests can learn, grow, and transform through dance, yoga, emotional and physical healing, and tap into the power of the island’s extraordinary nature.

Secluded retreats that offer the best of both bays at Santa Marija

A collection of 19 standalone retreats offering two to four bedrooms will be dotted along the east-facing shoreline, with green roofing to ensure harmony between the built and natural environment and stepped to follow the natural terrain. Each will feature a large garden and secluded central courtyard with a private pool. Enjoying access to all of the resort facilities over in San Niklaw, the retreats will also be serviced by a separate clubhouse featuring a restaurant and piazza with views over Santa Marija bay.

Six Senses Comino will uphold Comino’s ambitious sustainability vision through practical measures and rigorous design. For example, investors HV Hospitality, a subsidiary of Hili Ventures, has set out to respect all aspects of the Natura 2000 Management Plan through a holistic design strategy that will carefully dismantle the existing structures, regenerate important portions of disturbed land, and improve the skyline by reducing the height of the retreats to a single level. The use of timber ensures a sensitive and sustainable construction strategy as its low embodied energy and compatibility with prefabrication, coupled with the use of hard stone cladding, significantly participates in the resort’s low-carbon and LEED certification objectives. Energy consumption will be drastically reduced through natural cross-ventilation, thermal mass, and installation of low-consumption systems and solar thermal units.

"As one of the world's leading hotel brands in sustainable tourism, Six Senses is the right match for the new property, and indeed for Comino," says Hili Ventures CEO Melo Hili. "HV Hospitality has invested heavily in the design of a conscientious vision for the property, and we are delighted to entrust Six Senses with its management on completion. The brand has a track record of weaving long-term positive change into the fabric of every property, and we look forward to supporting them to deliver on this promise, especially because we share the same purpose – impact for good.”

Situated between Malta and Gozo, Six Senses Comino is accessible from Malta through direct flights to Malta International Airport from all European cities, followed by a 15-minute boat transfer from Ċirkewwa Harbor.

The target open date has been set for 2027.

Culinary Tourism of India: A 2-day interactive Seminar cum Workshop conducted by Celebrity Master Chef – Dr. Kaviraj Khialani on 20th & 21st April 2023 at Parul University, Vadodara- Gujarat.

A Passion to reach out to the student community, avid learners and to those who need that little extra vantage in terms of professional backing across the country started over two plus decades for Chef Kaviraj and his endeavours over the years have been a lot beneficial to those who truly wanted to make a name in the world of hospitality- culinary arts & tourism as a field. Having a strong background of the hospitality industry on the whole since over 25 plus years now chef Kaviraj has not only extensively travelled across the country and overseas but also shared his views and thoughts on the cuisines of these places by getting first hand inputs and experiences all through.

The generation of today is the one who needs guidance and mentorship via experiential learning and teaching styles beyond just curriculum and books. It is indeed a need of the hour to connect and share quality and real to life case studies, situations and challenges related to the industry on the whole. Our methods of teaching and sharing knowledge truly need to have a little interactive mode of learning by inviting subject experts on board and on campus to meet with the budding professionals and the bright future of our industry.

Since the lockdown started 2 plus years back, he was invited to connect via online mode and speak to the students on how to sustain and withhold their desires and aspirations post completing a degree or a MBA program at various colleges and universities across India. The best part was that as he started the process the numbers soon jumped from single digits to double and finally triple digits counting up to 108 till date. Knowledge Sharing Activities and learning via online – offline modes have been a challenge for both academicians and students but since life has resumed normalcy now, we need to make the open connect and bridge the gaps! Chef Kaviraj has not only specialised in over 33 plus international cuisines but is also a master at fusion recipes and creating new concepts with foods & promoting Indian cuisine on a global platform! He has authored a number of books since 2004 and has also been with television and media since 2000. Having received a number of national awards and global recognitions he loves to share his thoughts and ideas with students and passionate learners.

Parul University which is one of the top and well-known institutions in our country which offer a number of programs invited Dr. Kaviraj Khialani to come down and conduct a 2- day extensive seminar and workshop on culinary tourism of India coupled with event management and hospitality!

The program was attended and actively participated by the students pursuing MBA- Tourism & Event planning Management and 3-year course in hotel management and catering technology. The session started up with a brief introduction to the desi culinary styles of India along with detailing of the tourism aspects from places to see across the states along with some popular foods to try out was also shared with the participants.

As a part of the sessions Chef Kaviraj kept the audience all pepped up and active and with spot gifts and prizes to give away the participants put in their very best in order to grab something coming their way and kept on the motivation on a high! The sessions were planned in such a way that they offer information- thoughts- sharing of facts & real-life experiences which turned out to be a great package for the students. The students and faculty both found the seminar and workshop not only well planned but also full of life and excitement every moment which made learning and passing on the message very easy to each and every one in the seminar room. From preparing for an industry interview to picking the right words for getting selected, case studies related to the hospitality and tourism industry too were shared with the students.

The workshop also witnessed a number of activities from one-to-one interaction to spot games, quiz rounds and even surprise test papers on culinary tourism the winners and best performers were also given gifts – mementos and medals by chef Kaviraj as a token of appreciation and motivation.

“It was indeed a great experience for me to interact with the students at Parul University during the 2 days session. They were not only very much interested to learn more on the topic but were very energetic, participative, and kept up high spirits until the end of the session. I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to the dean- faculty of management studies and to the entire faculty team for having assisted in making this initiative a great success”!-Dr. Kaviraj Khialani, Celebrity Master Chef.
